Tuesday's Tip - Curtain Fold Card

Hello Everyone!  How are you all doing today?  I thought all states in the USA were SIP, but I realized after watching the news last night that not everyone is!  Are you?  Are you doing a lot of creating?  I AM!!  Whatever you're up to...STAY SAFE and STAY WELL!!



Here's the final card!  I just LOVE how it turned out!  I can't wait to create some more cards with this fold!  I'm gonna be trying lots of new things...now that I'm out of my comfort zone!

Measurements, Directions & What I Used!

• Tropical Oasis Designer Paper - 5 1/2" x 12"  mark opposite ends, on opposite sides at the 1" mark.
• Line marks up on cutter and cut.
• Score at 1", 3" 4", 6", 7", 9", 10" and 11"
• Fold back and forth and crease score lines with bone folder.
• Pop up front folds with dimensionals
• Adhere back folds with snail adhesive.
• Attach to Pear Pizzazz layer with snail adhesive (this layer measures 4" x 5 1/4" andis embossed with the Coastal Weave embossing folder.
• Attach Burlap Trim & Crinkled Seam Binding with Tear & Tape.
• Stamp flower using the Timeless Tropical stamp set with So Saffron ink onto So Saffron cardstock.
• Cut the flower out with the In the Topics dies and attach to card with dimensionals.
• Cut leaves with the same dies in Old Olive cardstock and attach to card with glue dots.
• The stamen is scraps from a new suite coming out in April...SUPER FUN!
• Color three Basic Pearl Jewels with your Mango Melody Stampin' Blend Marker and attach over stampe.  
• Attach the finished Pear Pizzazz layer to the card base with dimensionals!

Isn't it a great card?  I had a lot of fun creating it!
