Dandelion Wishes Anniversary Card

Hey there everyone!  I hope your day is wonderful so far!  I woke up this morning to find that I have earned the Stampin' Up! trip to Maui next July!  I'm THRILLED!!  Thank you customers and downline!  I appreciate you all so very much!!

Monday my husband and I celebrated 30 years of marriage!  YAY!  Today I want to share the anniversary card I made him!  

I used the Swirls and Curls embossing folder to emboss a 4" X 5 1/4" piece of Whisper White cardstock that I had already cut a circle out of with my Stitched Shapes Framelits.  I stamped the 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" Whisper White card base using the Dandelion Wishes stamp set...stamping where the open circle would let the dandelion show through.  I used Gray Granite ink! The embossed cardstock is attached with dimensionals.  The sentiment is from the same stamp set and is heat embossed with White embossing powder and VersaMark, onto a scrap piece of Basic Black cardstock.  I used the Story Label punch to cut it out and attached it to the card with dimensionals.  I added some pearls and some Whisper White Flax Ribbon that I separated into single strands.  That finished it off perfectly and my husband LOVED it! Paper Pumpkin Possibilities - On My Mind

Hello Everyone!  Welcome to the Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop!  I'm happy to be back at it and can't wait for you to see all of the wonderful creations made with the July Paper Pumpkin kit!  

ENJOY and BE INSPIRED!!

When I first looked at this months Paper Pumpkin kit I had a plan...but when I opened it and saw all of the pieces an new plan came to mind!

After separating the pieces I had a SCRAP rectangle frame that I would normally just throw away! Today, as I was in my workshop creating I saw POSSIBILITIES and I decided to create a card around that rectangle frame!  Boy do I LOVE how it turned out! 

All of the pieces and card base are from the kit but I also used the Sailing Home stamp set for the sentiment, an anchor from the Sail Away Trinkets and a silver Designer element for the center of the ships wheel.  OF COURSE, I added some Linen Thread too! I hope you love it as much as I loved creating it!

Tuesday's Tip - Bird Ballad Suite

Hello my crafty friends!  I'm sorry I'm so late, but I finally was able to get my video made and uploaded to YouTube!  I sure had fun with this one!  I LOVE the Bird Ballad Suite and hope you do too!  Don't forget to join me at 6:00pm PST for this evenings Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop!

Isn't this a pretty card?  I just LOVE it! To create it you'll need a 4" X 5 1/4" piece of Petal Pink cardstock to fit under the 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" laser cut card base!  You'll also need a scrap piece of Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake and Old Olive cardstock as well as the contents of the Bird Ballad Suite...OH...and some Linen Thread! The two circles are cut with the 2" and 2 1/4" circle punches and I also used the Classic Label punch.  Don't forget to add a couple of pearls!

"Make-It Monday" Silhouette Scenes

Hello everyone!  I'm home from camping and I'm celebrating 30 years of being married to my wonderful husband, Dan today!  SO I'M LATE....posting this weeks "Make-It Monday"!  I hope you are INSPIRED in spite of its tardiness!

"Make-It Monday": SILHOUETTE SCENES card created using NEW Stampin' Up! products All images © 1990-2019 Stampin’ Up!®  Supplies: Stamp sets – Silhouette Scenes Bundle (151058) Cardstock & Paper – Pretty Peacock (150880); Basic Black (121045); See A Silhouette Designer Series Paper or "DSP" (149443) Stamp Pads – Jet Black StazOn (101406) Miscellaneous –SNAIL Adhesive (104332); Die-Cutting Machine            Measurements:  Pretty Peacock – 5 ½” x 8 ½” scored at 4 ¼” Basic Black – 4” x 5 ¼” DSP: 4’ x 5 ¼”            Instructions: Ink the swinging girl in black StazOn and stamp her on the DSP; you may want to use a Stamparatus so you can stamp multiple times if needed. Stamp the sentiment in the bottom right corner. Die-cut the layer of black with the large tree image and add it to the DSP so the girl appears to swing from it. Add this to the cards base. Magnolia Lane HELLO!

Hello and HAPPY Friday!  I hope you've had a great week! I'm thick in the heart of camping...we're going to go for a hike today, up in the Trinity Alps to an Alpine Lake!  I LOVE WHERE I LIVE!!

Today'r project is another card that we created in my June classes.  The card base is Whisper White withe a 4" X 5 1/4" piece of Magnolia Lane designer paper.  The magnolia flower is cut with the Magnolia Memories Dies.  I used my bone folder to gently curl the petals.  The sentiment is from Good Morning Magnolia Cling Stamp Set.  Hello is stamped onto a piece of Basic Black cardstock with VersaMark and heat embossed with White Embossing Powder.  Next it is cut out with the Timeless Punch.  The flower and the sentiment are attached with Dimensional and the flower has a Clear Faceted Gem in the middle!  

THIS PAPER IS BEAUTIFUL!!!

Magnolia Lane Birthday Card

Hello Everyone!  I'm leaving on a family camping trip today, but before I hit the road I want to share one of the cards we created in my June classes!  I'm also going to schedule one for tomorrow...then take the weekend off!  

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!  Stay SAFE, have FUN and find a little time to CREATE!!!

The base of this card is Whisper White cardstock with a 4" X 5 1/4" piece of Magnolia Lane designer paper adhered to the top.  The sentiment is stamped in Early Espresso ink onto a piece of scratch Whisper White cardstock.  I tied several pieces of Linen Thread around it and used a glue dot to add the Leaves Trinket.  It's simple...it's quick and it's lovely!

I hope it inspires you to play with your designer paper!  You are going to LOVE the Magnolia Lane pack if you don't already have it!
