Share What You Love & Flourishing Phrases
Hello there everyone! Hope you're having a great day! My morning has been busy...busy...busy! I'm heading to Ferndale today. It's a GROOVY little town on the coast with some really fun shopping! My daughter has a volleyball tournament in Fortuna on Saturday so we're picking up another of my daughters and going to spend the night tonight! It's gonna be FUN!
Before I leave I want to share a really simple and really pretty card we made in my March classes!
What makes this card so pretty is the designer paper. I adhered a 4" X 5 1/4" piece of Share What You Love designer paper to a 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" piece of Whisper White cardstock. The sentiment is from the Flourishing Phrases stamp set and is stamped onto a stitched oval from the Stitched Shapes Framelits. It is adhered to a Tranquil Tide scalloped oval that is cut with the Layering Ovals framelits and then is attached to the card with dimensionals. I tied a bow using three pieces of Linen Thread and added it to the sentiment with a glue dot!
Could it be any easier? I LOVE this paper!!
Hey...THANKS BUNCHES for stopping by today! I haven't had a chance to do any scrapbooking so I won't have a post tomorrow, but I will be here Sunday with some simple stamping!
ENJOY your weekend! Hope you can find some time to create!

Santa and Mrs. Claus - Hello Cupcake FUN!!
Good Morning everyone! Today's a great day! I don't have anything to do until tonight so I get to create (clean my workshop & do laundry) all day until my kiddos come home! I'm EXCITED to get out there and get started! Tonight, I'm going to an Origami Owl Jewelry party tonight. A friend from church is starting her business and I can't wait to support her!
Today I wanted to share a card I made a few weeks ago with you! Try NOT to freak out....it is a Christmas card! I just had to make it! I was INSPIRED by a St. Patrick's Day project!
A friend of mine, Sherri Everett, cased this project form Erica McCarty Cerwin!
Isn't that Leprechaun ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE!
It was St. Patrick's Day when I saw this. I didn't have time to re-create it, but it did get my mind spinning!!
Naturally, my mind went to the next holiday...Easter. Uhhhhh...NO, it went to Christmas! I saw Santa Claus....and then I saw Mrs. Claus.
Here's what it inspired me to create!
My card base is a 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" piece of Real Read cardstock scored at 4 1/4". Next I embossed a 4" X 5 1/4" piece of Whisper White cardstock with the Swirls and Curls embossing folder. Here's how I made my Santa. For his hat, I stamped the cupcake frosting, from the Hello Cupcakes stamp set onto Real Red cardstock using Real Red ink and cut it out with the matching framelits. Sadly, the framelits are no longer available, but the stamp set is FREE during Sale-A-Bration which ends 3/31. You can hand cut it out by hand or if you have a Scan-n-Cut that would work too! His face is cut with the 1 3/4" Circle Punch from Powder Pink cardstock. It's the same for Mrs. Clause. Santa's Beard is just like Mrs. Claus's hair and is stamped with the frosting stamp in VersaMark ink and embossed with a mixture of White Embossing Powder and Dazzling Diamonds Glitter using my heat tool. I LOVE how it turned out! The eyes and noses are cut with the 1/2" circle punch and another retired circle punch that is just a bit smaller. Mrs. Claus's mouth is the heart from the Dog Builder punch. I tied a piece of 1/8" Solid Real Red Ribbon around Mrs. Claus's hair and added a pompom made with Whisper White Baker's Twine to Santa's hat. The Christmas sentiment is from Christmas Pines stamp set and the designer paper is from the Under the Mistletoe paper pack. I tied some Old Olive and Linen Thread around the end of the sentiment. Last, I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels to finish it off. I LOVE IT...it's so CUTE!!
Well...thanks BUNCHES for stopping by! Have a FABULOUS day! Enjoy ANY creating time that you have...just have FUN!!

Well Said Bundle meets Country Floral Embossing Folder
Hello everyone! I hope you all were able to follow along with the Paper Pumpkin Blog Hop last night! There were some FUN & CREATIVE ideas! I hope you were INSPIRED!!
Today I have a card that we created in my March classes! Isn't it BEAUTIFUL? To make this card you'll need a 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" piece of Whisper White cardstock (scored in the middle at 4 1/4"). The top layer is a 4" X 5 1/4" piece of Whisper White cardstock that is embossed with the Country Floral embossing folder. This folder is FREE with a $50.00 purchase (before tax & shipping)...but only until March 31st! Don't miss it if it is something you've been meaning to get! Next I used the Story Label punch for my sentiment which is from the Well said stamp set. I stamped the sentiment in Gray Granite ink onto the label and threaded some Gray Granite Textured Weave Ribbon behind it and out each side of the front and wrapped it around the embossed cardstock. The HAPPY is cut with the Well Written framelits. The framelits and the sentiments come as a bundle...and there are SO MANY OPTIONS to use! Last...I attached the card front to the card base with dimensionals! It's a great card...elegant but simple and you can use it for any occasion!! I LOVE IT!! If you need (want) any of these supplies you can go to my store by clicking on SHOP NOW to the right!
Thanks SO MUCH for stopping by today! Happy creating to you all! Have a WONDERFUL day!

Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Poppin' Birthday
Hello everyone! I'm participating in my FIRST Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop this evening! I hope you'll join the fun...follow along and find LOTS of INSPIRATION! You'll be seeing some great ideas on different ways of using your March Paper Pumpkin kits!
Have you already subscribed to Paper Pumpkin? If not, now is a great time to join the fun! The April kit's focus is distinktive stamp(s). The stamps made with this distinktive process apply the ink at different opacities giving the finished image more depth. There’s nothing tricky about how to apply the ink: just ink the surface lightly for a perfect photographic finish.
Be sure you subscribe by April 10th.
With Sale-A-Bration ending 3/31/2019, this is a great time to purchase a prepaid subscription and earn free Sale-A-Bration products!
THANKS BUNCHES for stopping by
