Swirly Scribbles Thinlits

Good morning everyone! Hope your day is off to a great start! My son graduated from 8th grade last night...such exciting times! One week until the wedding and then I think life will settle down...lol!

I have a really cute card to share with you from the swap that I participated in! This card was created by Nicolle Belesimo. Click here to find her on facebook.

This card was made with the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits. I LOVE these thinlits...oh the possibilities!!! The colors used are Watermelon Wonder, Peekaboo Peach, Flirty Flamingo, Wild Wasabi and Whisper White. What a GREAT combination! If you look closely you can see where Wink of Stella Clear glitter was brushed on the "scribbles" that were cut out with the thinlits!

The ribbon that was used is Flirty Flamingo 3/8" Ruched Ribbon and some Basic Rhinestones were added to bling it up a bit!

Layering Love

Hello everyone! I really hope you are all well...I have missed blogging so much, but have been so busy with the wedding, the shower, baseball, end of year activities and 8th grade graduation! LIFE IS A BLUR!

I did participate in a team 2016-2017 Catalog Kick-off Swap and I wanted to share the cards that I received! There were 11 of us that participated so I will be posting one a day to inspire you with fresh ideas using product from the NEW 2016-2017 ANNUAL CATALOG!

For this card I used the Layering Love stamp set and stamping the sentiment in Crumb Cake on Whisper White cardstock. The beautiful designer paper if from the Affectionately Yours series. I also used the Layering Squares framelits to mat the sentiment. The flower is from the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits. The colors I chose are Whisper White, Crumb Cake and the new IN-COLOR, Flirty Flamingo!

Here is the inside of the card...simple and clean with a lot of room to write a special note to someone special!

I wanted to share a few photos of what I've been up too! I had the Bridal Tea, went to Medford, OR for a baseball tournament over Memorial Day weekend and went to Crater Lake...it's been busy, but WONDERFUL!
