Tuesday’s Tip - FUN with Circles

Hello everyone!  Welcome to this weeks Tuesday's Tip video!  This is a really fun card to create!  You can change it up by using different colors and sentiments!  You are only limited by your imagination!  I hope you'll give it a try!  I was inspired by The Paper Pixie.
