Tuesday's Tip - Inking a Background

Hello everyone!  Thanks for stopping by today and letting me share what I love to do...with you!  I really love scrapbooking, but with classes and a family I'm not getting much done!  My plan is to get back at it (at least once a week)!  I  hope my video inspires you to create a page or a card!  ENJOY!
