Measurements:
·
Card Base: Blueberry Bushel card base 8 ½”
x 4 ¼”; score and fold at 5 ½”
·
Cardstock #2: Crumb cake 4-1/8” x 5-3/8”
·
Cardstock #3: Garden Green 4” x 5 ¼”
·
Cardstock #4: Crumb Cake 3” ( I did just a hair over 3”) x 4 7/8”
·
Cardstock #5 2 thin strips of Cajun Craze down the sides
of the Crumb Cake layer #4 applied after sponging is done; trim ends to fit
Instructions:
·
Prepare Crumb Cake cardstock layer #4
for heat embossing by rubbing the Embossing Buddy over piece of cardstock. Emboss floral image and sentiment using the
white embossing powder and Heat tool.
·
Sponge ink as desired over the floral
image using the 3 inks listed above leaving a small area of Crumb Cake in the
corner visible. I cut sponge into 4 small pieces to make the sponging easier.
·
Rub off any excess ink from the white
embossed areas with an old towel or paper towel.
·
Dry emboss the Garden Green Cardstock #3
piece using the Tufted 3 D embossing folder.
·
Apply this piece of Garden Green to the
Crumb Cake Cardstock #2 layer then apply to Blueberry Bushel card base.
·
Apply the 2 thin strips of Cajun Craze
cardstock down the sides of the sponged layer of cardstock.
·
Wrap the Linen thread around several
times and secure on the back of cardstock.
Take 2 pieces of Linen Thread and tie a double bow around the wrapped
pieces of Linen Thread and slide it into place.
·
Using Stampin Dimensionals pop up the
sponged piece onto the Garden Green embossed piece of cardstock.
