Celebrate Sunflowers

 Hello everyone!  I hope you are all well and safe!  I'm heading down the mountain today for a class.  It's so wonderful to see my ladies.  Sadly they don't all make it...but hopefully life will be normal again and we'll all be together soon!

Here's a card and a tutorial that we'll be making today!

Supplies:

·         Stamp Sets – Celebrate Sunflowers Bundle (154065)

·         Card Stock – Whisper White (100730); Granny Apple Green (146990); Soft Suede (115318)

·         In Color – Plaid Tidings 6” x 6” Designer Series Paper (153527)

·         Stamp Pads – Soft Suede (147115); Crumb Cake (147116)

·         Tools – Ornate Borders Dies (152724); Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (149653);

·         Misc. – Bumblebee ¼” Ribbon (153622); Linen Thread (104199); Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Combo Pack (154883); Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blend Combo Pack (154885); Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends Combo Pack (154882); Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430); Stampin’ Seal (152813); ); Multipurpose Liquid Glue (110755); Tear & Tape (138995)

           

Measurements: 

·         Whisper White: 5 ½” x 8 ½” scored at 4 ¼”, 3” x 3 ¾”,  scrap for Ornate Border and sunflower.

·         DSP – 2” x 3”

           

Instructions:

1.    Attach Bumblebee dsp to 3” x 3 ¾” piece of Whisper White cardstock with Stamin’ Seal.

2.    Attach Ornate Border to top of dsp with Stampin’ Seal adhesive.

3.    Tie Bumblebee ¼” ribbon and Linen Thread into bow on top of the Ornate Border with Tear & Tape.

4.    Stamp one sunflower above ribbon and one on a scratch piece of Whisper White cardstock and cut out with the Sunflowers Dies.

5.    Color both sunflowers with Stampin’ Blends and attach cut out one with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

6.    Cut stems from Soft Suede and Granny Apple Green cardstock and attache with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

7.    Attach 3” x 3 ¾” piece of decorated Whisper White cardstock to card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

8.    Stamp sentiment below with Soft Suede ink.
