Hello there! Oh my goodness...I got so busy getting ready for my retreat this weekend that I forgot to post my Tuesday's Tip video yesterday! I'll save it for next week! I have a class down the mountain today but before I head out, I want to share the last of this month's class projects!
The card base is from Magnolia Lane Memories & More Large Specialty Cards and Envelopes. You get 20 cards, 20 envelopes and 20 envelope liners for $12.50. I turned my liner around so it would match my card and stamped in the corners using the Piece of Cake stamp set. The image and sentiment on the front are from the same set. I stamped the cake onto a stitched circle cut with the Stitched Shapes framelit dies using Gray Granite ink and colored it in with my Petal Pink and Gray Granite Stampin' Blends markers. The 3" X 4 1/8" piece of Petal Pink cardstock is embossed with the Swirls & Curls embossing folder and fits perfectly in the center of the card base. Before attaching it I added a bow using Petal Pink Organdy Striped Ribbon. The sentiment is punched with the Classic Label Punch of which I cut one end into a banner. I also added a 4" X 6" piece of Whisper White cardstock to the inside of the card after stamping some flowers in the corners! This card comes together quickly and is just lovely! Some of my other classes turned it into a wedding card...PERFECT!!! I love it when they make things their own!!
HEY...thanks BUNCHES for stopping by today! Have a FANTASTIC day! If you need any of these supplies click on SHOP NOW at the top right of this blog to enter my Stampin' Up! store!!
