Good Morning everyone! I hope you had a WONDERFUL Christmas and maybe still are, surrounded by family and friends! Mine was indeed terrific! Six out of the seven were able to come home with their husbands, boyfriends and girlfriends. Grandma was here and a friend from church. I LOVED every minute of it! I did really miss my son that lives in Phoenix (and his adorable girlfriend) but they were able to come home for Thanksgiving! I have always loved being a mom and having my kids around...they truly are a blessing!
I have one more project to share with you today that we made in my December classes. It's a Christmas tag. If you haven't already put your Christmas stamps away, I thought you might enjoy making a few of these and have a head start on next year!
This EASY and QUICK tag is made with Watercolor paper. It measures 2 1/2" X 3 1/2" and the corners are rounded with the Envelope Punch Board. The image is stamped with the Winter Woods stamp set. After spritzing the paper with water, I stamped once in Lemon Lime Twist and once in Pear Pizzazz. The sentiment is stamped with the Christmas Pines stamp set in Cherry Cobble ink. Sadly the metal stars are all sold out, but the All Is Bright Paper Clips would look cute hanging from the Linen Thread and Real Red 3/8" Cotton Ribbon. The paper clips are on CLEARANCE NOW!!!
I'm hoping to get some more made for next year...for personal use, but I also want to do a craft fair somewhere! Oh...it makes me nervous to think about it...but excited too!
Well...that's it for today! I must get out to my workshop and get started on my January classes! I have to clean the mess up form wrapping gifts first but that's ok...it's a multi functional room! Next week my son wants to have a bunch of friends over to celebrate the NEW YEAR so I'm gonna take some tables out, bring in a ping pong table and make an Xbox playing area for some good...safe...FUN!!! Multi-functioning is a WONDERFUL thing!
Thanks BUNCHES for stopping by! Have a FANTASTIC day! I hope you'll join me again tomorrow for more INSPIRATION!!
