Lovely As A Tree

Good Morning! So...I'm on my way to Salt Lake City for OnStage! I'm traveling with a dear friend and am so happy to be spending time with her! It's gonna be so much FUN catching up with team members and meeting new ones and I CAN'T WAIT to see the new Occasions and Sale-a-bration catalogs!!! YIPPEE!!!

I wanna share a card I made a while back using the Lovely As A Tree stamp set. My card base is Night of Navy with the first layer in Whisper White. Next I used a piece of Glossy White paper, dropped a few drops of Night of Navy and Island Indigo ink on it and spritzed it with water. I used a baby wipe to pick up excess ink. After it was dry, I heat embossed the tree with Silver embossing powder after stamping it with VersaMark! Last I added the star cut from Silver Foil paper using the Bethelem Edgelit Dies. The 1/8" Silver Ribbon finishes it off nicely! It's such a gorgeous card...and simple to create...the photo doesn't do it justise!
