"Make-It Monday" - Pick a Pumpkin Thanksgiving Card

Good Morning...good morning...good morning! It's a BEAUTIFUL morning and I'm so grateful for the cooler weather! I LOVE FALL...have I mentioned that? It's my FAVORITE season!!

This weekend was a BUSY weekend! I went to Sacramento on Saturday to celebrate my son Trevor and son-in-law Andy's becoming Journeymen Power Linemen! It's been five years of hard work physically and mentally! I'm so proud of them both! My son from Phoenix flew in to surprise both of them too...it was so great to see him.  We celebrated at a trendy restaurant in old town...great food, fun atmosphere...fantastic night!  We had to drive home that night because my husband was on call Sunday and another son, Seth was moving to Trinidad.  Got home about midnight, slept til 6:00am then on the road again! He's a fabricator for the Blue Lake Mill which they are rebuilding (kind of) and getting it ready to re-open in a year or two. He's a very talented welder...if I could only get him to work on my yard art projects!  I rode over to Trinidad with him...he bought a 34' trailer because he couldn't find a house to rent in the area that would accept two ADORABLE English Bulldogs (which I totally understand). We got him settled in a really BEAUTIFUL park then came home to celebrate Adam's 15th birthday with Captain Crunch Chicken, Sweet Potato Fries, Salad and homemade honey mustard! It was a CRAZY BUSY weekend, but I had a BLAST seeing and spending time with my family!!

Today I have another "Make-It Monday" to share with you! It's a FALL card so be INSPIRED and find time to CREATE!!

  3. Pat the Embossing Buddy on the Whisper White banner cardstock.  Stamp “Happy Thanksgiving” from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set using Versamark ink. Sprinkle the greeting with the Copper Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat set using the Heat Tool.  Cut a banner tip on the left side of the cardstock.  Adhere below the last layer of Washi Tape as shown.
  4. Die cut the filigree pumpkin from the Copper Foil using the Thinlits that are part of this bundle.
  5. Stamp various ferns and springs using Crumb Cake ink on the Crumb Cake 4” x 5” piece of cardstock. Die cut the images using the coordinating Thinlits.
