"Make-It Monday" Holiday Haul

Good Morning everyone and HAPPY Monday!  I hope the week ahead goes smoothly and that you're able to get all the things done that need to get done!  It's such a busy time of year!  I hope too that you also find time to relax and reflect! 

Thanks for stopping by for today's "Make-It Monday" tutorial!  I have two of them!!

"Make-It Monday" Holiday Haul

Supplies:

•          Stamp Sets: Holiday Haul (150536)
•          Cardstock: Shaded Spruce (146981), Whisper White (100730)
•          Ink: Shaded Spruce (147088), Night of Navy (147110)
•          Tools & Accessories: Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder (149643), 
•           Stitched Shapes dies(152323)
•          Designer Paper: Wrapped in Plaid (149596)

 
           
Measurements: 

•          Card Base: 5 ½” x 8 ½”
•          Banner: 2 1/4” x 4”
•          Designer Paper: 4” x 5 ¼”              

           
Instructions:

•          Cut a piece of Shaded Spruce cardstock to 5 ½” x 8 ½”. Fold in half.
•          Cut a piece of Wrapped in Plaid designer paper to 4” x 5 ¼”. Adhere to the top of                       the card front.
•          Emboss the 2 ¼” x 4” Whisper White banner using the Brick & Mortar 3D                          embossing folder. Adhere to the left side of the card front.
•          Cut a ½” x 3 ½” Shaded Spruce polka dot strip.
•          Cut a “v” on each end to form a banner.
•          Cut a 3 1/3” Stitched Oval from Whisper White cardstock.
•          Stamp the sentiment onto the lower right side of the oval using Night of Navy           ink.
•          Adhere the banner to the back of the oval.
•          Adhere the oval to the banner using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
•          Stamp the card & wagon onto Whisper White cardstock using Shaded Spruce             ink. 
•          Cut images.
•          Adhere the car and wagon to the oval using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
•          Stamp the gift onto Whisper White cardstock using Night of Navy ink.
•          Cut and adhere to the wagon.

●     Stamps: Holiday Haul (150536)

●     Card stock: Whisper White (100730)

●     Ink: Mint Macaroon (147106), Petal Pink (147101)

●     Tools & Accessories: Mint Macaron Textile Ribbon (149480), Wink of Stella Glitter Brush (141897), Gingham Gala Sequins (148561), Well Written Dies (148534), Pool Party Light Stampin’ Blends (144595), Gray Granite (149535)

●     Designer Series Paper: Bird Ballad (149592)

Measurements:

●     Base: Whisper White 4¼”x5½”

●     Card stock No. 1: Whisper White 2½”x3½” and 2¾”x3¾”

●     Designer Series Paper: Bird Ballad 5¼”x4”

Instructions:

●     Score and fold 5½” and 8½” of Whisper White card Stock in half.

●     Tie 15” if Mint Macaron Textile Ribbon around 5¼”x4” pink polka dot piece of Bird Ballad Designer Series Paper and adhere to base.

●     On 2½”x3½” Whisper White, stamp Holiday Haul car and trailer and chain in Mint Macaron ink. Stamp hearts in Petal Pink.

●     Color background with Granite Gray and Pool Party Stampin’ Blends.

●     Color hearts with Wink of Stella.

●     Adhere to 2¾”x3¾” Whisper White and adhere to pink polka dot paper, on an angle under ribbon.

●     Cut out “love” from Whisper White Card Stock with “love” die from Well Written Dies. Paint “love” with Wink of Stella. Adhere to card.

●     Adhere sequins.

12 Weeks of Stampin' Up! Christmas - Holiday Haul.....Week Three

Good Morning!  ENJOY your Wednesday!  I'm heading down the mountain or my Redding workshop today!  Can't wait to see everyone!  Before I head out though I want to share this weeks 12 Weeks of Christmas projects with you!

Holiday Haul

·         Stamp set: Holiday Haul *host set (150536), Itty Bitty Christmas (150513)

·         Cardstock: Shaded Spruce (146981), Blueberry Bushel (146968), Daffodil Delight (119683),              Whisper White (100730)

·         Ink: Shaded Spruce (147088), Blueberry Bushel (147138), Basic Gray (149165)

·         Miscellaneous: 1-1/2” Circle Punch (138299), Layering Circle Dies (141705), Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels (150457), Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends (144585), SNAIL Adhesive (104332), Bone Folder (102300)

Measurements:

·         Shaded Spruce card base: 4-1/4” x 11”, scored at 5-1/2” then folded on the crease with the Bone Folder.

·         Blueberry Bushel:1-3/4” x 4-3/4” and a scrap about 2” x 2”

·         Whisper White: 1-1/2” x 4-3/4” and a scrap about 1-3/4” x 1-3/4”

·         Daffodil Delight: about 1-3/4” x 1-3/4”

Instructions:

1.    Using Shade Spruce ink, stamp tree on Shaded Spruce cardstock to create background.

2.    On Whisper White strip, stamp car in Blueberry Bushel then trailer in Basic Gray then chain between car and trailer in Basic Gray then use a Post-It Note as a mask and stamp tree laying in trailer in Shade Spruce.

3.    With Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends, color headlight beam.

4.    Adhere car/trailer piece onto Blueberry Bushel strip with SNAIL.

5.    Stamp sentiment on Whisper White scrap, punch out then stamp off once, with Blueberry Bushel and stamp stars on both sides of sentiments. Use a circle die and Blueberry Bushel to die cut larger circle to layer under sentiment. Adhere both to one another with SNAIL.

6.    Die cut moon out of Layering Circle Die then cut again to create crescent.

7.    Trim left edge of main car/trailer piece if needed to have it fully hidden under sentiment center. When it’s the correct width, use SNAIL to adhere sentiment to car/trailer piece then SNAIL again to add to card front.

8.    Use SNAIL to add moon.

9.    Use three different colors of rhinestones on front: 2 Pumpkin Pie for wheels, 1 Cherry Cobbler to top tree in trailer, 2 Coastal Cabana on stars on sentiment, and then sprinkle 3 Night of Navy on card base.
