Isn't it a really fun fold?  I LOVE IT!

Measurements:

• Pretty Peacock Cardstock - 4 1/4" x  5 1/2" and 1" x 6" scored at 3 1/4" (for band)
• Pear Pizzazz Cardstock - 3 1/4" x 11" scored at 5 1/2"
• Tropical Oasis DSP
• Whisper White Cardstock - 3" x 5 1/4" for inside of card
