Falling Flower Silver Foil Edged Card

Hello everyone! Happy November!!  Time is flying by!!! October was over so fast!  I hope you had a great Halloween!  Sadly I had no kiddos dress up...no class treats to make and no trick-or-treaters!  I did enjoy seeing lots of pictures of local kids all dressed up on Facebook...lots of CUTE, FUN and CREATIVE costumes!

Many of you know that I'll be leaving on Tuesday, November 6th for OnStage in Orlando, Florida so for the next couple of weeks I'm going to be sharing the projects we created in my Not World Card Making classes last month! I'm going to pre-schedule them because I'm not sure how much time I'll have on my trip!  I hope you'll be INSPIRED to CREATE!!

Today's card uses the Silver Foil Edged cards and envelopes.  I LOVE them!  I used the Falling Flower stamp set to stamp the flourish, in Smoky Slate ink, directly onto the card base. Next I used the 2 1/4" Circle Punch to cut a piece of Frosted Floral designer paper and attached it to the card base with dimensionals. Next I used the 2" Circle Punch to cut a piece of vellum and strategically glued it to the designer paper is areas hidden by the flower!  The flower is stamped with the same stamp set in Blackberry Bliss ink and cut it out with the May Flowers Framelits Dies.  I colored it in with the Light Blackberry Bliss Stampin' Blend and then attached it to the vellum circle with dimensionals (hiding the glue I used to adhere the vellum).  The sentiment is stamped in Smoky Slate ink and cut out with the Classic Label Punch. I also added a few Clear Epoxy Droplets!  I LOVE this card...the silver and the Blackberry Bliss are BEAUTIFUL together!  I hope you'll give it a try!

Hey...THANKS BUNCHES for stopping by today!  Have a TERRIFIC day...try to find just a moment or two to CREATE!!!
