Hello Everyone! Here's to another Friday! Boy does time fly by!
Yesterday was my daughter, Kate's 17th birthday and boy was it a good day! She had fun at school, hosting a rally in their brand new gym! It's beautiful and so exciting. Her class hasn't had a gym their entire high school career because of mold. When she came home, the house was full of a brothers, sil's, sister, grandma and of course mom and dad! She always picks ribs for her birthday dinner so dad smoked them to perfection. He also made homemade ice cream. I made a potato casserole, brussels sprouts and tres leche cake with strawberries on top. It was a wonderful evening!
So...today, I want to share the birthday card I made her! It's a CASE (copy & share everything) card. My inspiration is below my card!
I used the In Bloom stamp set and the Pierced Blooms Dies to create this slimline card! I LOVE the pierced dies so much! They are so charming!
The measurements are 7 1/2" x 9 3/4" and is scored at 3 3/4".
I used Calypso Coral, Flirty Flamingo, Blushing Bride, Petal Pink, Pumpkin Pie, So Saffron and Thick Basic White cardstock to cut the stitched flowers and attached them to the card base with Stampin' Dimensionals. The sentiment is stamped on Thick Basic White cardstock with Memento Black ink, cut out with Paper Snips and attached with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals. The centers of the flowers are Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels and I added some black and white twine from the Playful Pets Trim Combo Pack.
