"Make-It Monday" Gather Together - Framed Art

Hello everyone! Monday's almost over...but I still have time to share a "Make-It Monday" tutorial!  This is from one of the tutorial groups I belong to and I just love it! I would make such a nice decoration for your home or fun gift to give to someone you are thankful for!

Supplies:

·         Stamp Sets: Gather Together (150589)

·         Cardstock:  Early Expresso (119686), Very Vanilla (101650, Mint Macaroon (138337), Cajun   Craze (119684)

·         DSP: Gilded Autumn Specialty (153520)

·         Ink: Cajun Craze (147085)

·         Tools & Accessories: Gathered Leaves Dies (150662), Well-Written Dies (151816), Layering   Squares Dies (151772), 1.5” circle punch (138299), Timeless Label Punch (149516)

·         Embellishments: Gold Hoops (152474), Gilded Gems (152478), Forever Greenery Trim       Combo Pack (152475), 3/8” Embroidered Ribbon (153554)

           

Measurements: 

·         Frame is 9” x 9” -  deep shadow box (available at Hobby Stores)

·         Base Cardstock is 9” x 9” Very Vanilla

·         Cut two “spacers” 11” x .75” from scrap paper to aide in positioning pieces

·         Early Expresso mats are 4 7/8” x 4 7/8”,

·         DSP (select complementary designs) are 4 5/8” x 4 5/8”,

·         Scraps of cardstock for stamping and die cutting / punching

Instructions:

·         Cut cardstock and DSP per measurements

·         Adhere DSP to Early Expresso mats

·         Stamp sentiments of choice with Cajun Craze ink

·         Die Cut / Punch out sentiments

·         Stamp pumpkins on Very Vanilla with Cajun Craze ink

·         Die cut pumpkins

·         Die cut various leaves on Cajun Craze and/or Mint Macroon cardstock

·         Die cut THANKS on Cajun Craze cardstock

·         Adhere sentiments, leaves, pumpkins with glue dots and dimensionals

·         Use glue dots under gold ring in area covered by leaves

·         Tie ribbon as desired and adhere with glue dots

·         Adhere Gilded Gems as desired

·         Position spacers along two edges – use sticky notes to hold it in place

·         Start in corners and adhere each piece using tape runner or dimensionals

·         Move spacers around the 9 x 9 piece until all have been adhered

·         Place in frame and enjoy!
