Delightfully Detailed Note Cards & Envelopes

Hello Everyone! Going on vacation is SO MUCH FUN!!! I definitely recommend it...and a road trip with my girls (minus one) is priceless!  I am BLESSED!

Today I'm sharing a couple of cards that I made using the Delightfully Detailed Note Cards & Envelopes! You get 20 note cards, 5 each of 4 different designs and 20 Very Vanilla Envelopes.  I also used the Detailed With Love stamp set.  The colors are Mint Macaron and Blackberry Bliss...two great colors that can be combined or mono toned as in these two cards!  I also used Stitched Shapes Framelits, Layered Ovals Framelits, Layered Circle Framelits, Petal Burst Embossing Folder, Baker's Twine and Very Vanilla Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon!  With the card bases already cut and background image already on them...these cards came together quite fast and easily!

Here's one more card I made...JUST FOR FUN!  I used the Botanical Tags Framelits for the background flowers.  They are fussy cut and the color is Blackberry Bliss.  The foliage is cut with the same framelits in Silver Foil and Mint Macaron cardstock!  I LOVE the new Metallic Pearls and they go perfectly with this card!

"Make-It Monday" Varied Vases

Good morning everyone!  I just finished watering my flowers!  I LOVE my flowers...and so far the deer are not devouring them!  I've been trying to spray them with liquid fence every Monday evening after our home group...I MUST remember tonight!  I hope you all had a fantastic weekend!  I was a single mom all weekend...my husband was working...lots of wind = lots of trees down = no power!  It was so much harder when I had little kids...but I sure did miss our time together!

Hey...it's MONDAY...and you know what that means!  It's "Make-It Monday" time!  ENJOY and BE INSPIRED!!

"Make-It Monday": Varied Vases card created with NEW Stampin' Up! products

Supplies:

• Stamps:  Varied Vases Bundle (148381)
• Stamp Pads: Lovely Lipstick (147140), Mint Macaron (147106)
• Paper: Delightfully Detailed Note Cards & Envelopes (145911), Mint Macaron (138337), Very Vanilla (101650)
• Miscellaneous:  Starburst Punch (143717), 2” Circle Punch (133782), Silver Metallic Thread (138402),  SNAIL Adhesive (104332), Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430)

       
Measurements:  

• Very Vanilla (3 x 4)
• Mint Macaron (3 x 3)

Instructions:

1. Fold the Mint Macaron Delightfully Detailed Note Card in half. 
2. Stamp the vase onto a scrap of Very Vanilla Cardstock using Mint Macaron Ink and punch out using the Vases Builder Punch.  Set aside
3. Using the Starburst Punch, punch the starburst from the scrap of Mint Macaron cardstock.
4. Punch a 2” circle from the scrap of Very Vanilla cardstock.  Ink up the outline vase using Mint Macaron ink pad, tap off most of the ink and stamp onto the vanilla circle.  This will be your guide for the next step.
5. Stamp the sentiment next to the stamped vase using Lovely Lipstick ink.  
6. Stamp the stem 2x using Mint Macaron Ink Pad – use the stamped vase as your guide.  Stamp the tulip in Lovely Lipstick ink over each stem.
7. Adhere the circle to the Mint Macaron starburst; adhere vase from Step #2 using Dimensionals.
8. Wrap the Silver Thread into several loops, adhere to the back of the starburst; adhere starburst to the Delightfully Detailed Note Card using Dimensionals to finish.
