3D Thursday - Altered Dollar Tree Projects

Hello everyone and welcome to 3D Thursday! Today is our last project as we take the summer off and each of us has designed a project!  Look for links below to hop over to the other designers blogs.

I went down the mountain to shop at Dollar Tree and found a few things I wanted to alter and ultimately settled on a 4 x 6 canvas that I did some collage stamping on.  I was inspired by a card created by Heidi Collins at On Y Go Stamping!

First I stamped the leaves and butterfly in Early Espresso ink using the Spotlight in Nature stamp set. I added color to both using Mini Blending Brushes with Old Olive and Pumpkin Pie ink. I randomly inked up the Sketched Plaid stamp set with Crushed Curry ink and stamped over the leaves and butterfly.  I went back and added extra details again using the Spotlight In Nature stamps with  Early Espresso, Crushed Curry and Pumpkin Pie inks. I heat embossed the sentiment from the Courage & Faith stamp set onto a piece of Country Woods patterned paper and cut it into a circle using the Spotlight on Nature dies.  The flowers were stamped in Early Espresso ink and colored with light and dark Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blends and a  Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blend.  It was fussy cut out then attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Last I added bows made with Linen Thread and Pecan Pie Center Striped Ribbon and and added a few Naturals Adhesive Backed Gems.  I’ve got to get some more of these small canvas’s and make more!  What wonderful gifts they will make!!

Don’t forget to stamp the edges so they are not a stark white!

  2. Transforming a simple canvas into a beautiful artwork using stamps and colors is like putting together pieces of a puzzle. Just as each stamp adds depth and detail to the canvas, writing a thesis involves carefully building up ideas and arguments. By mastering these creative techniques, students can also enhance their skills in organizing and presenting their research effectively. So, if you're looking to ace your thesis, remember that attention to detail and creativity go hand in hand. Buy Physiology Thesis and dive into the world of academic excellence!
