My card base is Whisper White, layer one is Night of Navy and then the scrappy strips layer. The Night of Navy dsp is from the Neutrals 6" x 6" dsp packs and the Cherry Cobbler is from the Regals 6" x 6" dsp packs. I also used the Happiest of Birthdays stamp set and the Stitched Stars dies. It's a great card and a fun technique! I hope you'll try it!
