Hi there! I'm Darla and I live in BEAUTIFUL Northern California! I am a mother of seven terrific kids and have been married to my husband for 32 years. I have been a Stampin' Up Demonstrator since 2010 and love ALL THINGS paper crafting. I also have a scrapbooking retreat business called Scrap Happens Retreats. I love teaching and learning new techniques, sharing ideas, hosting my retreats, being a wife and a mom. Hiking, bicycling, gardening and cooking are a few of my other hobbies. I'm living for Jesus and LOVIN' LIFE!!

FLAKE...OR NOT TO FLAKE!!!

I woke up yesterday, went to my SPIN class, came home to soak in a HOT BATH...and FELL ASLEEP!  YIKES!!!  I know I was SUPPOSE to catch up with my FOURTEEN DAYS of LOVE projects....BUT...I spent the day with three wonderful friends!!! Thanks for coming to play Linda, Laura and Karen!!!  Hope to do it again VERY SOON!  I had a blast seeing them, but didn't work on my projects all!!!  I know you all understand the treasured time we get to spend with friends just isn't enough! 

TODAY...my plan is to run kids around for awhile and then go out to my workshop and GET TO WORK!!!  So have GREAT EXPECTATIONS FOR MONDAY!


Friends are like a good bra, supportive, hard to find, and always close to your heart!
