Valentine Nugget Treat Box

Hello there crafty friends! I promised to share an adorable treat box that I made with the Love Blossoms Designer Paper Pack with you yesterday, but Blogger was not allowing me to upload photos...so here I am Wednesday afternoon...trying again.  A friend suggested using a different browser...and it's working...so happy...but so FRUSTRATED!

The papers are cute...AND...pretty, so each box has a different feel!  It's simple to make and holds seven Hershey Nuggets on their sides or eight laid flat in two layers of four (I discovered this today at my workshop...THANKS KAREN!!!)

I hope you like it!

To make this cute treat box take a 6" X 6" piece of designer paper and score it at 1", 2 1/2", 3 1/2" and 5".  Turn designer paper one turn to the right or left and score at 1" and 5".

Cut on the 1", 2 1/2", 3 1/2" and 5" score lines up to the 1" and 5" scoreline (both sides) as pictured.

Here's a shot of it with the Hershey's Nuggets inside!  SO CUTE...SO QUICK...and a GREAT TREAT!!!!

That's it for my post today...and yesterday!  Sorry I was having TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES!  I hope you have a TERRIFIC evening...hope you find time to create!

Thanks bunches for stopping by...see ya again tomorrow!!

Going Global Valentine

Hey there friends!  I hope you are enjoying your day off...if you have Martin Luther King day off.  I had a dentist appointment this morning...YIKES...I don't enjoy going to the dentist!!!  I do have a card to share with you today...another Valentine!
This is such a SIMPLE card to make! I ran a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock through my Big Shot using my World Traveler embossing folder; stamped the world in Memento Black and the sentiment in Cherry Cobbler with the Going Global stamp set.  I mounted it on Basic Black cardstock.  Of course...I added just a bit of bling to finish it off!

You know me...I had to decorate the inside of the card as well.  I stamped the world off the side of a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock.  To make it a Valentine...I stamped a heart using the Work of Art stamp set!  It's a great card!  You can use it ANYTIME...not just for Valentine's Day!  I LOVE this new embossing folder...I think the world's the limit...lol!

That's it for today!  Thanks BUNCHES for stopping by!  I have a cute treat box to share with you tomorrow so be sure to check back!  Have a WONDERFUL afternoon!

Tic-Tac-Toe Valentine

Hello there everyone!  Hope all is well in your neck of the woods!  As I sit here typing this I'm looking out the window watching it try to snow!  Oh how I hope we get more SNOW!  I've been catching up on some emails I've received wanting a tutorial on my Grinch Curvy Keepsake Box so I published one today! You'll find it in the upper left hand corner!

I have a Valentine card that I want to share with you today...we made it in my workshop the other night!

This is a card I CASED...because I LOVE it's simplicity.  Of course, I added a few touches to make it my own.  The stamp sets used to make it are Memories in the Making (for the sentiment) and Work of Art (for the tic-tac-toe and the hearts).  I added a GLIMMER heart and some Basic Rhinestones to bling it up a bit. The bows at the top are made with Real Red 1/4" cotton ribbon and a piece of thread from the White Jute ribbon.

Of course I had to add a bit of special to the inside of the card! Doesn't it just finish it off perfectly! Well it's Friday morning now...and I'm finishing this post that I started yesterday! It snowed throughout the night so we have a couple of inches! I'm off to spin class now! Have a TERRIFIC day and WONDERFUL weekend! Thanks bunches for stopping by!

Botanical Blooms

Hey there friends!  I hope your week is going well and you are getting caught up from the holidays!  I haven't even taken my Christmas decorations down yet!  I need to get BUSY!  For some reason...I was so tired today that I slept almost all day...I can't believe it! I'm hoping that it's helping me ward some sickness off! I had a workshop Monday night and I wanted to share one of the cards that we made!

I just love the new Botanical Builder framelits! They make the COOLEST flowers!  That's what I used to make this card.  I also used the Handpicked framelits along with the Stake You Claim stamp set (for the THANKS sign).  The colors I chose are Mint Macaron, Mossy Meadow, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Crushed Curry and Cajun Craze.

For the inside of the card I used the Botanical Blooms stamp set.  This can be purchased as a bundle with the Botanical Builder framelits. You know I LOVE to add just a little something on the inside of the card! The perfect touch!

Thanks so much for stopping by today! SORRY I'm so late...and so absent lately!  My kids have all gone home now...only my two youngest ones are here...so life is back to normal!

Timeless Textures Birthday Card

Hello everyone!  WOW...it's Friday and I have hardly gotten anything done! I had to go to Sacramento on Wednesday to pick up my son who was flying in from Phoenix, Arizona.  He decided to come home to surprise his girlfriend for her birthday...AND TO PROPOSE!  My family is so EXCITED!  My oldest daughter will be getting married this June and my third son and his new fiance are thinking early spring of 2017.  Well...with all of this excitement...I haven't gotten out to my workshop as planned.  I did get out there to make my soon to be daughter-in-law a birthday card though...I also used it for my flower themed card in a Facebook hop last night.

The colors I chose for this card are Crumb Cake, Mossy Meadow, Crushed Curry, Lost Lagoon, Wisteria Wonder, Perfect Plum and Whisper White. I used the Timeless Textures stamp set to make the background. It's a GROOVY new set in the 2016 Occasions Catalog. The leaves are from the Summer Silhouettes stamp set from the Annual Catalog.  Do you remember the Boho Blossoms punch? It was my favorite and I was so sad when they retired it.  We have a new flower punch called the Blossom Bunch punch, it's from the Occasions Catalog that's just a great. It might be a new FAVORITE!
Of course I had to add something to the inside of the card!  The Happy Birthday sentiment is from the Perfect Parings stamp set which is found in the Sale-A-Bration brochure. YES!!! Sale-A-Bration...spend $50 and you can get this set for FREE!!! There are some great FREE products to choose from during Sale-A-Bration!

Well...that's all I have for you today! I'm headed out for a engagement celebration tonight!  2016 is looking like it's gonna be a GREAT year!  I'm so happy...2015 was kind of rough! Thanks for stopping by!  I have a workshop on Monday...so I have to get out there and create...be sure to stop by next week!
